Description:
Handle special order calls from retail stores
Research the orders by searching vendor database
Reach out to vendors as needed
Follow up with customer on order update
Call volume 10-15 inbound calls daily

Qualifications:
Must type 40WPM
Strong Customer Service skills
Call center experience a plus
Excellent computer skills, must be able to work with multiple databases/windows at the same time
